Eligibility
Membership is open to all who reside or own property within the Rockland Neighbourhood boundaries:
Fort Street, Oak Bay Avenue, Richmond Avenue, Richardson Street and Linden Avenue.
How to Join
Membership is confirmed after the following steps are completed:
1) Complete the RNA online registration form (linked below)
2) Pay the annual membership fee

The annual fee is $10 per member, payable by Interac e-transfer, cheque or cash (by mail or at the AGM).
